  • Camp Collaboration is a day of celebration and teamwork for organizations serving the Prenatal - Age 3 community in Porter County. We have time for networking/brainstorming, showcasing current progress, and awarding our Collaboration Challenge Grant Awards.

  • In order to attend camp, your organization must host a booth. Camp Collaboration is open to community organizations serving the Prenatal-Age 3 community in Porter County, IN.

  • Camp Collaboration is provided at no cost! We want to collaborate, elevate, and celebrate the collective work we do together.

  • Booth registration closes on July 18.
    Additional Camper registration closes on August 1.

    Booth registration is first come, first served, and space is limited!

2025 Collaboration Challenge Grant Awardees

$261,678 was granted to seven community projects that will bolster prenatal - age three systems of care in Porter County.

Health 2 Home - $50,000 to United Way of NWI in partnership with Nurse-Family Partnership.

Market Mamas Porter County - $50,000 to Northwest Indiana Food Council in partnership with CoAction, Nurse-Family Partnership, and Purdue Extension

Outdoor Experiences to Elevate the Well-Being of Young Families - $50,000 to Dunes Learning Center in partnership with Trojan Early Learning Center and Duneland Family YMCA.

Portage Boys and Girls Club’s Early Childhood Resource and Family Support Hub - $50,000 to Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Northwest Indiana (BGCGNWI) in partnership with HealthLinc, CoAction, and Porter County Career and Technical Education.

Peer Connections: Recovery Where It’s Needed Most - $47,500 to Three20 Recovery in partnership with Franciscan Health and Gabriel’s Horn Homeless Shelter.

Books, Blocks and Balls - $14,178 to Porter County Public Library System in partnership with Westchester Library, Help Me Grow Porter County, and Kidworks LLC.

The Lullaby Project of Porter County - $10,000 to the Northwest Indiana Symphony Society and The Great Lakes Music Company.
